CDL-A Semi-Local Truck Driver – Furniture Delivery | $87K/Year

Pay Details

$87,100.00 per year

• Average Weekly Pay: $1,700
• Opportunity to work a 6th day for additional earnings

Job Details

• Dedicated semi-local furniture delivery account based in Hazleton, PA
• Average approximately 1,850 miles per week
• Deliver throughout PA, NJ, CT, MD, VA, DC, NY, and occasionally MA
• Average 5-7 loads per week with 1-3 stops per trailer
• Long Island deliveries approximately once per week — no NYC deliveries
• Pick up dunnage or backhauls for return trips
• Driver assist required: Tailgate and hand-move boxed freight to the rear of the trailer
• Assigned automatic day cab equipment
• Hotel accommodations provided for overnight runs

Shift Details

• Monday-Friday schedule
• Start times between 12:00 AM and 5:00 AM
• Weekend work as needed
• Optional 6th day available for additional earnings
• Expect approximately 1-2 overnight stays per week
• Home most days
• Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Day off

Job Requirements

• Valid Class A driver's license
• Minimum 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience
• Valid DOT Medical Card
• Clean driving record
• No SAP drivers
• Able to assist with hand unloading and moving boxed freight
• Must consistently deliver on time
• Uniform required
