Semicon Service Engineer

Overview

• Looking for a hands-on and customer-focused Field Service Engineer to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair Gas Purification Systems at customer sites.
• Maximum equipment uptime, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining our commitment to quality and reliability.

Responsibilities :

• Install, commission, maintain, and repair Gas Purification Systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Minimize equipment downtime through timely and effective repairs.
• Prepare accurate service reports and maintenance records.
• Build strong customer relationships and provide technical support.
• Ensure compliance with company and customer safety requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 2–5 years of field service or equipment maintenance experience (semiconductor or industrial gas industry preferred).
• Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ability to read technical drawings and use diagnostic tools.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently, manage priorities, and travel to customer sites.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and continuous learning.
