Job Duties:
- Optimise HR systems, processes, and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with organisational goals
- Handle the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Manage payroll systems, and personnel records with accuracy and confidentiality
Requirement:
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience
- Prior Experience in the Semicon industry is highly advantageous.
