¿Qué estamos buscando?
En Bizagi nos encontramos buscando en la búsqueda de nuestro practicante, que de apoyo (auxiliar) en temas operativos en toda la gestión contable que tiene Bizagi estaría encaminado en toda la operación de LATAM, que apoye la gestión de nuestros diferentes sistemas manejo de Workday, Siigo gestión documental y la conciliación.
Responsabilidades
- Hacer el ingreso de facturación según la norma vigente.
- Facturación electrónica
- Orden y registro contable
- Apoyar en temas de conciliaciones
- Gestión documental
Competencias técnicas
- Conocimientos en la norma colombiana contable, conocimiento en Nif
Competencias Blandas
- Comunicación asertiva
- Relacionamiento con su área y otras áreas
- Atención al detalle
- Análisis en requerimientos
Herramientas
- Manejo del paquete Microsoft Office
- Conocimiento en Zigo / deseable
