We are currently searching for a Lead AA Business Consultant – Limits & Collateral:

The Challenge (Responsibilities)

• Lead the analysis, design, configuration, testing, and launching of the 'Fully Negotiable Business Simple Loan' product.
• Engage in constant on-site visits across the project lifecycle to ensure seamless integration and alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate directly with Our Client to gather requirements and translate them into functional system configurations.

Your Profile (Requirements)

• Proven experience as an AA Business Consultant with a strong focus on Limits and Collateral.
• Demonstrated ability to physically relocate to or commute within Mexico City for continuous on-site project demands.
• Hands-on experience in the end-to-end lifecycle of financial product launching (Analysis, Design, Configuration, and Testing).
• High-Performance Mindset: Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a focus on agile delivery.
• Technologist DNA: A deep understanding of the difference between "coding" and "engineering."

Desired

• Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants.

Languages

• Advanced Spanish: Required for daily operations and local stakeholder communication.
• English advanced is NOT necessary.
