Senior Academics (Assessment/ Admissions/BABSE) Executive
Summary
Administrative role managing admissions, assessments, and student records for an education academy, using SIS and MS Office to ensure compliance and data accuracy.
Job Description
- · Adhere to Assessment / Admissions policies, regulations, and EduTrust guidelines.
- · Compiles student performance outcomes for C7.
- · Assist with department’s work and activities.
- · Maintain accuracy of applicants’ records and assessment data.
- · Very strong administration skills, like efolder management and taking instructions
- · Attention to detail when handling assessment documents
- · Handle office operations like printing, engaging colleagues, MS office suit
- Be proficient in relevant functions of the Student Information System (SIS) to support admissions processes.
- Assist with department/academy activities and projects (e.g., new intake orientation, BABSE orientation, open house, assessments and audits)
- Handles the timely uploading of enrolment / assessment results to TPGateway (within 7 days)
- Assist in digitizing/admin tasks (e.g., scanning, uploading, e-forms management)
- Use assigned functions of SIS to support assessment/admissions
- Provide basic office and admin support (printing, filing, MS Office use)
- Assist in preparing and handling admissions, assessment, and BABSE related documents
- Maintain and update applicants’ records, e-folders, and assessment data
- Provide support to students on SkillsFuture Credit, PSEA, or any assessments matter
- Ensures the accuracy of student assessment results in support of the Academic Standing and Assessment Committee (ASAC).
- Compiles student performance outcomes for C7
Job Requirement
- Possess a Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years’ working experience preferably in an administrative position and/or in Education Industry
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English
- Good planning and organisation skills
- Work independently with minimum supervision
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and other tools to improve productivity and process administration
- Being a team player and understand team dynamics, teamwork
- Building relationship and capitalize on other’s strength
