Senior Account Executive
Location: Onsite, The Enterprise Building, Multan Road
Night Shift: 9:00pm to 6:00am
Role Objective:
The Sr. Account Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring, managing, and expanding client relationships within the E‑Commerce, Merchant Processing, and Strategic Partnerships verticals. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building long-term partnerships, and delivering tailored payment, processing, and commerce solutions that align with client business goals.
The ideal candidate is a consultative seller with strong industry knowledge, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Generation
Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities across target markets
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through contract execution
Consistently meet or exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
Develop customized proposals, pricing models, and solution packages tailored to client needs
Client Relationship & Account Management
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with merchants, partners, and key decision-makers
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
Drive account growth through upselling, cross-selling, and strategic expansion opportunities
Ensure a smooth onboarding experience in collaboration with internal implementation and support teams
Strategic Partnerships
Identify and develop strategic referral, reseller, and partnership opportunities
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to structure partnership agreements that align with company objectives
Maintain ongoing partner engagement to maximize mutual revenue and growth
Market & Industry Expertise
Maintain a strong understanding of E‑Commerce platforms, payment processing solutions, and merchant services
Stay informed on industry trends, competitive offerings, and regulatory considerations
Provide feedback to leadership on market conditions, client needs, and product opportunities
Pipeline, Reporting & Collaboration
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems
Track pipeline activity, forecasting, and deal stages
Prepare and deliver regular sales performance reports
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Customer Success team
Education
Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience
3–5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within E‑Commerce, merchant services, payments, fintech, or strategic partnerships
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Experience managing complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
