Senior Account Executive (European Region)
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily accounting operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), bank reconciliation, and journal entries.
- Assist in preparing monthly management reports and financial schedules to support business operations.
- Process payments, prepare payment vouchers, and maintain bank accounts and cash records.
- Support the preparation and maintenance of accounting documents, invoices, and cross-border trade documentation.
- Assist with tax filings, statutory reporting, and audit preparation by coordinating with internal teams and external service providers.
- Ensure accounting records are accurate, complete, and maintained in compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Perform other finance and administrative duties assigned by the Senior Finance.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience. Experience in trading, import/export, or multinational companies is an advantage.
- Familiarity with accounting software such as Kingdee K3 or other ERP systems, and proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Good command of both English and Chinese (written and spoken) to support communication with Chinese-speaking stakeholders and overseas teams.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, well-organized, and able to meet deadlines.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and good teamwork and communication skills.
