Senior / Account Executive
- Prepare full set monthly management account and related schedules timely.
- Handle day-to-day account operations and month-end closing activities.
- Assist in preparation of annual budget, monthly cashflow and financial forecast.
- Prepare and submit quarterly GST and other statutory tax matters.
- Prepare monthly schedules and reports required for annual audit and tax purposes.
- Maintain accurate project accounts, including monitoring project budgets, costs, and revenue recognition.
- Work closely with project managers and QS teams to monitor expenditure against approved budgets.
- Liaise with external auditors and tax agents to facilitate audits and tax-related matters
- Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and internal controls.
- Support process and system implementation projects; continuously streamline and automate tasks to improve efficiency.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent professional qualification.
- Minimum 2–4 years of accounting experience, preferably in project accounting / construction industries.
- Strong knowledge of project cost tracking and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Positive attitude with able to work independently under tight deadlines and well-organised.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with project teams
