The Role: Senior Account Executive, North America
Genius Sports powers a new era of sports for fans worldwide by merging next-gen technology with premium live data. Following our acquisition of Legend, we are rapidly expanding our sponsorship and media sales footprint across premium brands like Covers and Oddspedia.
We are hiring a Senior Account Executive focused on the North American markets. In this role, you will partner with the world’s biggest brands and impact millions of customers across 40+ US states.
What You’ll Do:
As a Senior AE, you will drive business growth, optimize advertising partnerships, and serve as a key commercial bridge across internal and external teams.
- Partnership Growth: Proactively identify and secure new affiliate advertising partners.
- Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact to nurture and scale partner relationships.
- Portfolio Optimization: Manage existing partner portfolios, monitor conversions, and refine advertising agreements to maximize revenue.
- Inbound Commercials: Evaluate incoming advertising inquiries to capture new business opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align with Tech, Conversion, Marketing, and Content teams to deploy high-performing advertising campaigns.
- Knowledge Sharing: Work with internal squads to lead commercial initiatives and share strategic market insights.
- Content & Performance: Oversee on-site content updates and pitch continuous commercial improvements.
- Compliance & Finance: Resolve regulatory compliance issues and collaborate with Finance to track invoices and secure timely payments.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive performance and earnings reports for senior stakeholders.
What You'll Bring
We are looking for a commercially minded relationship builder with deep roots in the iGaming and affiliate landscape.
- Industry Expertise: Proven experience working within an online gambling affiliate or operator environment.
- Commercial Acumen: Ability to extract actionable insights from affiliate platform performance metrics.
- Strategic Prioritization: Strong framework for prioritizing tasks based on current value and future revenue potential.
- Network: An extensive, active network of established operator relationships.
- Affiliate Revenue Models: Deep understanding of the affiliate route to market, including revenue levers and commercial models that drive mutual value.
This role offers an annualized salary of $130,000 - $160,000, plus variable compensation, and includes eligibility for Genius Sports Group’s benefits plan.
