We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Manager to oversee security operations within a complex, multi-site corporate environment. This leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence, maintaining strong client partnerships, and leading a large team in support of a world-class security program.

The Senior Account Manager will provide strategic direction and day-to-day oversight of security operations, ensuring the highest standards of service, compliance, and performance. This role requires a proven leader who can effectively manage personnel, coordinate emergency response efforts, oversee investigations, implement best practices, and continuously improve operational effectiveness.

This is a Monday-Friday position during normal business hours

Salary: $88,000-95,000/yearly

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead security operations across a large, multi-location account.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders.
  • Oversee staffing, scheduling, training, employee development, and retention.
  • Manage security programs including access control, visitor management, incident response, investigations, and risk mitigation.
  • Monitor operational performance through KPIs, audits, and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support budgeting, resource management, and operational planning.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement industry best practices.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in security, operations, law enforcement, military, or a related field.
  • Experience managing large teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong client service, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex operations and multiple priorities.
  • Experience with security systems, emergency management, and workforce planning.
  • Skilled in using technology to support account management activities, including scheduling, workforce planning, performance tracking, reporting, and client communication.
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
