Senior Accountant / Assistant Finance Manager

About the role
We are a growing Singapore group in building construction, flooring and specialist finishes. We're looking for a hands-on Senior Accountant / Assistant Finance Manager to own our accounts and give management a clear picture of cash, budgets and project profitability. You will report directly to the Director.
Key responsibilities
- Full-set accounts for all group entities
- Month-end closing, management accounts and a monthly financial health report
- Project P&L and cashflow for the monthly WIP review
- Quarterly GST filing; support year-end audit and tax
- Monthly payroll, attendance, CPF and e-claims
- Client invoicing, progress claims and collections
- Verify and post AP, prepare payments and bank reconciliations
- Insurance renewals and grant tracking
About you
- Degree in Accountancy or ACCA (or equivalent)
- 5+ years of hands-on full-set accounting, including month-end closing and GST
- Singapore payroll and CPF experience
- Comfortable working independently in an SME
- Construction or contractor accounting experience is an advantage
