Senior Accountant

Primary Responsibilities:

• Analyze and implement new accounting standards: ASC842 and ASC606
  
• Adhere to USGAAP principles
  
• Ensure internal controls are applied throughout the organization
  
• Have strong understandings of general accounting and leasing accounting
  
• Conduct weekly, monthly, and annual reconciliation of GL accounts with sub-ledgers
  
• Manage schedule accordingly
  
• Will be required to work OT to meet accounting cycles
  
• Reconcile financial discrepancies
  
• Report and analyze monthly financial results to the Manager
  
• Draft financial statements
  
• Assists in audit process
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Accounting or equivalent experience
  
• US GAAP – more than 5 years
  
• CPA License Holder or Candidate
  
• Be able to identify accounting errors and independently find solutions with minimal supervision
  
• Time management, work-load planning
  
• Strong leadership abilities including communication and interpersonal skills
