The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in accounting practices, particularly within the pharmaceutical industry, and will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and providing financial insights to support business decisions. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the preparation and maintenance of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. - Manage tax-related matters, including TDS and GST, ensuring timely and accurate filings. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial analysis and support for various projects. - Assist in the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insights based on financial data. - Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies. - Mentor and guide junior accounting staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
