Senior Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our finance team in Rajasthan. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in progressive accounting practices and a strong understanding of various financial regulations, including GST, TDS, and income tax. As a Senior Accountant, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial health of our organization by overseeing accounts payable and receivable, performing bank reconciliations, and maintaining the general ledger. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements. - Ensure compliance with all relevant tax regulations, including GST and TDS. - Manage accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections. - Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial reporting. - Oversee the general ledger and ensure all transactions are recorded accurately. - Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making. - Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts. - Provide mentorship and guidance to junior accounting staff. Required Skills: - Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and income tax regulations. - Proficiency in accounts payable and receivable management. - Experience with bank reconciliation and general ledger maintenance. - Familiarity with financial statement preparation and analysis. - Proficient in Tally and Tally ERP software. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
