This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Accountant located in Cairo. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial reports, performing reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. The role also involves analyzing financial data, supporting budgeting processes, and providing recommendations to improve financial performance. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and maintaining accurate financial systems will be central to this position.
Requirements
- Strong accounting and financial reporting skills, including experience with budgeting and financial analysis
- Proficiency with accounting software and tools, as well as advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- In-depth understanding of compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- CPA certification or equivalent is a plus
- Experience in the fintech or SaaS industry is preferred but not required
