Senior Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team in Haryana. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and practices, with a focus on compliance and reporting. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing tax returns, and ensuring compliance with various regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and file GST returns and ensure compliance with GST regulations. - Manage TDS returns and ensure timely payments and compliance. - Oversee income tax filings and maintain accurate records for tax purposes. - Handle employee-related compliance including EPF and ESI. - Prepare monthly salary reports and ensure accurate salary disbursement. - Conduct bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records. - Prepare and analyze financial statements including P&L and balance sheets. - Generate MIS reports for management review and decision-making. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance. Required Skills: - Proficiency in Tally Prime and Tally ERP. - Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and income tax regulations. - Experience in payroll processing and compliance. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
