Senior Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting practices and principles, with a focus on billing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and preparing accurate financial reports. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the billing process and ensure timely invoicing and collections. - Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance. - Prepare and file GST and TDS returns, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. - Conduct monthly and quarterly MIS reporting to provide insights into financial performance. - Collaborate with other departments to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency. - Assist in the preparation of financial statements and audits. - Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff as needed. Required Skills: - Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. - Proficiency in billing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable management. - Familiarity with GST and TDS regulations. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to communicate effectively in Tamil. - Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel.
