Responsibilities:

Tax Preparation & Compliance

(GST & TDS)GST Data & Filing: Prepare outward/inward supplies data, manage GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B data compilation, perform GSTR-2B reconciliations, and assist/file returns on the GST portal.

Compliance: Handle TDS calculations, deductions, and payment tracking under relevant sections, and prepare quarterly TDS return data (Form 24Q, 26Q, etc.).

Reconciliations: Regularly reconcile tax ledgers with books of accounts and resolve mismatches with vendors or internal records.

General Accounting & Operations

Record daily sales, purchase, receipt, and payment entries accurately in accounting software.
Perform monthly bank and cash reconciliations.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable tracking.
Generate tax invoices and maintain e-way bill records where applicable.

Auditing & Reporting

Assist internal and external auditors by providing well-organized financial records, ledgers, and tax documentation.
Support the finance team with periodic reporting and statement preparation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education: Bachelors degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Accounting/Finance
