Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly general ledger reconciliation schedules with the ability to communicate account activity to all levels of management.
• Work cross functionally to understand general ledger and invoice activity to ensure proper accounting treatment.
• Own and execute technology function Labor Reporting to assess accruals and capitalization.
• Interact with the corporate tax department to ensure compliance with Federal, State and Local tax laws.
• Contribute to the development of purchase and obligation reporting to measure current and future obligations.
• Own quarterly Balance Sheet and Income Statement review and fluctuation analysis.
• Lead quarterly analysis around 842 Lease Accounting Standards, Contractual Obligations, and Technology Asset Review.
• Maintain Power BI dashboard for technology projects.
• Review and analyze current finance processes, making appropriate recommendations for improvements and efficiencies.
