From our Barcelona office, we are selecting a Senior Accountant with extensive experience to join a major company in the hotel sector located in Barcelona.

We are looking for a person with solid accounting knowledge, experience in SAP Finance, and a high level of Excel, who stands out for their analytical capacity, organization, and orientation toward continuous improvement.

What you'll do

Main duties

• Management and control of supplier accounts: recording of invoices and incidents via SAP.

• Review of administrative processes: analysis of existing circuits, identification of inefficiencies, and proposal of improvements.

• Monthly control of balance sheet accounts: analysis, reconciliation of balances, and performance of accounting reclassifications.

• Integral management of rentals: invoicing, accounting, and payment management through a specific application, guaranteeing the accuracy of records, the traceability of operations, and compliance with established deadlines.

What we're looking for

• Training in Administration and Finance, Accounting, or similar.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in similar accounting positions.

• Advanced level of Microsoft Excel.

• Experience and knowledge of SAP Finance.

• Conversational level of English or French.

• Capacity for organization, attention to detail, autonomy, and teamwork.

• Availability for immediate start.

What you'll get

• Temporary contract through a recruitment agency, with the possibility of stable incorporation into the client company.

• Full-time working day of 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday.

• Flexible schedule: entry between 8:00 h and 9:30 h, and exit between 16:30 h and 17:00 h, depending on the organization of the working day.

• Possibility to telework two days a week once the adaptation period has been completed.

• Salary to be agreed upon according to the experience and merit of the candidate.
