Job Summary
The Senior Accounting Associate supports the Canteen Field Relations Department and is responsible for a variety of accounting, reporting, and operational support functions.
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Data entry, coding, assigning, and distributing incoming work, including backup coverage for the team
- Departmental reporting and weekly/monthly close activities
- One Warehouse document analysis and error resolution
- Processing SAP MER transactions
- Daily A/R uploads and weekly check processing
- COD management
- Monthly commission pre-list preparation and reporting
- PA processing
- Precisely file uploads supporting the One Cup and Canteen refund programs
- This position requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, organization, and time management. The successful candidate must be able to prioritize competing responsibilities, work effectively with time-sensitive materials, meet established deadlines, and consistently follow departmental processes and quality standards.
Qualifications & Expectations:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel, including VLOOKUPs and PivotTables.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills. This position requires someone who is prepared to be productive and manage time-sensitive responsibilities from the start of the day.
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and quality-driven, with a strong commitment to accuracy.
