Our client is a sizable firm that focuses in innovation and technology.

Senior Accounting Officer (Fixed Asset)

Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting function, month end closing
• Prepare accurate schedules/reports for management reporting and auditing requirements as designated by the supervisor
• Assist in project cost accounting/control, maintain accurate and completed records of fixed assets, and annual assets count
• Take part in preparation of annual budget, rolling forecast and 10-year financial projection of the Corporation;
• Participate in the rollout of the accounting system upgrade and system automation to improve operation efficiency and internal controls
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management

Requirements:

• Higher diploma or above in Accounting or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years’ relevant working experience gained form management/financial accounting, auditing, or implementation of ERP system
• Experience in fixed asset management is preferred
• Well-versed in computerized accounting system
• Good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Self-motivated with strong analytical and problem solving skills, willing to work under pressure with minimum supervision;
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Accounting Officer
