Senior Accounts Executive
Job responsibilities:
- Manage and co-ordinate all daily accounting and finance functions;
- Process invoices and prepare payment requests in a timely manner;
- Prepare journals and perform sales and supplier SOA reconciliation;
- Assist in tracking of receipt and payment, including foreign currency transactions;
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of data entries and adherence to accounting standards;
- Maintain complete, accurate, and systematic filing of documents in a timely manner;
- Liaise with banks on trade and banking transactions;
- Execute banking and treasury transactions, and support related treasury operations and administrative matters;
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and corporate secretaries on statutory and compliance matters;
- Coordinate and support statutory audit process;
- Drafting of statutory financial statements;
- Assist in the timely preparation of monthly management accounts, financial reports, and analysis;
- Assist in corporate activities and ad-hoc assignments as and when needed.
Requirements:
- Degree in Accountancy. Candidates with a Diploma in Accountancy and relevant accounting experience will also be considered;
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant accounting and finance experience;
- A professional qualification like CPA/CA/ACCA will be an added advantage;
- Analytical and strong logical thinker, results orientated;
- Good interpersonal relations, resourceful and able to workindependently;
- Ability to multi-task and thrive under pressure;
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel (VLOOKUP and PivotTables), Wordand PowerPoint and MYOB accounting system;
- Familiarity with AI productivity tools to enhance work efficiency, research, and documentation is an advantage;
- Effective written and oral communication skills in both English and Chinese to liaise with counterparts.
