Senior Admin + customer service

1. Liase with customer and coordinate orders. Understand product's nature and customer's requirement. Pass order to production team to process and arrange delivery accordingly.

2. Issue invoices and do filing. Preferrably with Xero accounting software using experince.

3. Monitor online stock and post new products. Able to do simple graphic works.

4. Need to be meticulous and resposible. Preferrably With online sales experience or IT background.

5. Salary $3000-$4200. Lunch will be provided.

6. Working enviroment: Farm

7. 6 days per week and willing to do OT during sales peak period

8. Able to read and write in both English and Chinese

9. bachelor's degree preferred
