Senior Aerodynamics Designer

TGR Haas F1 Team is seeking a Senior Aerodynamics Designer to translate aerodynamic concepts into high-quality surface geometry for CFD, wind tunnel testing, and full-size vehicle releases.

You will work with Aerodynamicists, Model Designers, and Full-Size Car Designers to develop surfaces, support design standards, mentor junior team members, and help enhance CAD tools and workflows in a fast-paced motorsport environment.

Develop high-quality aerodynamic surface geometry for CFD, Wind Tunnel testing, and full-size releases. Collaborate with Aerodynamicists to understand requirements of new concepts. Support wind tunnel model design and development. Ensure surfaces meet quality, robustness, and production standards. Lead CAD development and tool/workflow improvements. Mentor junior Aero Designers and share best practices. Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role or within motorsport. Strong understanding of surfacing and parametric modelling techniques. Experience managing complex CAD structures and tooling. Thorough knowledge of CAD software (CATIA/3DEXPERIENCE). Understanding of surface quality, model layout, and robustness. Knowledge of suspension kinematics and design considerations. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Competitive rewards
