What You’ll Be Doing
Developing and expanding the partner channel in regions across Europe, LatAm and Uzbekistan.
Sourcing and onboarding new partners (affiliates, teams, influencers).
Managing and growing existing affiliate relationships.
Building long-term, high-performing partnerships.
Analyzing and optimizing traffic (CR, FTD, ROI, etc.).
Testing new traffic sources and growth hypotheses.
Collaborating with marketing and product teams.
Monitoring market trends and competitor activity.
Preparing reports and driving growth initiatives.
What Makes You a Great Fit
Experience in affiliate marketing in IGaming from 2 years.
IGaming brand experience — must-have.
English level: at least B1; additional languages relevant to target GEOs are a plus.
Strong understanding of RevShare / Hybrid models.
Analytical mindset with focus on performance metrics.
Proactive, results-driven, and growth-oriented.
Bonus Points
Experience with influencer or SEO traffic.
Hands-on experience with hybrid deal structures.
Existing affiliate / partner network.
