Senior Agent Product Manager

You will plan, design, and deliver AI agent products for healthcare scenarios including pediatrics, maternal care, weight management, chronic disease management, and postoperative follow-up. You will turn ambiguous needs into clear service designs, define agent roles and interactions, and design prompts, skills, tool calls, data connections, and proactive outreach. You will plan a standardized agent co-creation and delivery platform, create reusable templates and product standards, and establish mechanisms for medical safety, risk management, human handoffs, exception handling, and data security. You will build evaluation systems for conversations, tool usage, risk handling, and business outcomes, then drive continuous product improvement.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and deliver healthcare AI agent products
• Translate business needs into defined service designs and delivery outcomes
• Define agent roles, service boundaries, interactions, prompts, skills, tool calls, and data connections
• Plan a standardized AI agent co-creation and delivery platform
• Create reusable scenario templates, capability modules, product standards, and delivery methods
• Design medical safety, risk identification, user confirmation, human handoff, exception handling, and data security mechanisms
• Establish testing and evaluation systems for conversations, tool calls, risk handling, and business outcomes
• Drive product iteration and quality improvement

Requirements

• At least 5 years of product management experience
• Experience designing and delivering AI products or platforms from zero to one
• Knowledge of advanced AI developments
• Experience with platform products, product standardization, capability abstraction, and complex project delivery
• Ability to coordinate customers, engineering, algorithms, design, and medical experts
• Healthcare, insurance, health management, internet healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical device, or related B2B product experience is preferred
