Senior Agentic AI Engineer

Role : Senior Agentic AI Engineer

Primary responsibility: Design and build the LLM Insight Generator that would have Agents for Improved Lead Explainability, Next Best Action, Cross-Source Insights, etc.

Skills needed :

- Hands-on experience building LLM-based agents, not only chatbots or prompt-based prototypes

- Agent planning, reasoning, state management, and workflow orchestration

- Single-agent and multi-agent patterns

- Tool/function calling

- Structured output generation using JSON schemas or typed models

- Agent memory and session/context management

- Retry, timeout, fall-back and error-handling patterns

- Ability to control agent autonomy and prevent unintended actions

LLM and Generative AI engineering Skills :

- Prompt and context engineering

- System-prompt design

- Model selection and routing

- Retrieval-augmented generation

- Grounded generation

- Token and context-window management

- Response validation and schema enforcement

- Hallucination reduction

- Citation and source-attribution patterns

- Guardrails and content controls

- LLM evaluation and error analysis

- Cost, latency and quality optimization

- Experience with commercial and open models
