Senior Agentic AI engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy enterprise AI agents using Microsoft Foundry, Azure OpenAI, and Copilot Studio.
• Build agent workflows, orchestration, tool calling, guardrails, and enterprise RAG solutions.
• Integrate AI agents with Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Jira, and other enterprise systems.
• Develop secure API integrations using REST, OpenAPI, MCP, and function calling.
• Implement authentication, authorization, testing, monitoring, and CI/CD deployment processes.
• Build reusable AI components and collaborate with international teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 5+ years of software engineering or cloud development experience, with substantial hands-on Generative AI experience.
• Proven experience deploying complex enterprise AI agents into production.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Foundry / Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, and Copilot Studio.
• Strong Python, API integration, RAG, Azure AI Search, agent orchestration, and tool-calling skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, OAuth 2.0, managed identities, and enterprise security.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, automated testing, monitoring, and production deployments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and excellent English communication for international collaboration.
