Senior Agronomist
Summary
Senior Agronomist in Lam Dong, Vietnam, designs and manages field trials for corn and rice products, analyzes data, and supports commercial teams with product knowledge and training.
- Develop a high quality farmer network, location network to implement trials, demos, SLCs
- Conduct trials of pre-commercial product, collect data, analyse data to advance, position and construct solution of product. Ensure trial quality and data quality meet requirement
- Manage data of corn and rice trials including creating experiments, following up data collection, reviewing data, data analysis, and sharing data insights
- Conduct and manage model demo, Syngenta learning center effectively to support for launching events as well as some other demand generation activities of commercial seed team
- Support strongly MDOs, SEs in demand creation activities
- Coordinate & support for customer complaint solving in respective areas
- Provide product knowledge & some other technical support to local MDOs or SEs
- Assist agronomy lead to conduct product training or some other capability training to commercial team
- Bachelor degree of Agronomy or relavent field
- Good knowledge of products
- Good knowledge of Agri-market
- English communication and excellent at office information technology
- Experience in Agronomy & Crops
- Experience in field experiment design
- Ability to design field experiment
- Ability to process and analyse data
- Good communication
- Good presentation
