工作內容（Job Function）
-設計、開發並維護具備自主決策與任務執行能力的 AI Agent 系統
-實作上下文管理、短期與長期記憶模組，以及工具/API 整合功能
-研究並應用進階推理方法，包括 Chain-of-Thought（思維鏈）與多步驟規劃技術
-整合大型語言模型（LLMs），如 GPT、Claude、LLaMA、Gemini，並搭配 Agent Framework（例如 LangChain、AutoGen、CrewAI、LlamaIndex）
-應用本地模型最佳化技術，包括 Fine-tuning、量化（Quantization）及 Retrieval---Augmented Generation（RAG）流程
-優化企業級部署中的推論效能、可擴展性與成本效率
-與產品經理、系統架構師及 UX 設計師合作，將技術能力轉化為面向使用者的產品功能
-撰寫並維護技術文件、系統架構規格與最佳實務指南

資格條件（Qualifications）
-資訊工程、AI／機器學習相關科系學士以上學歷，碩士佳
-3 年以上 AI／ML 開發實務經驗，具 LLM 與 Agent Framework 經驗者佳
-熟悉 Python；了解 TypeScript／JavaScript 更佳
-具備 LangChain、AutoGen、CrewAI 或 LlamaIndex 等 Agent Framework 使用經驗
-熟悉 LLM API（OpenAI、Anthropic、Google、Meta）與開源模型（如 LLaMA、-Mistral、Falcon、Yi、Qwen 等）
-深入理解 Prompt Engineering、RAG 與推理技術（CoT／ToT）
-具資料庫（SQL、NoSQL、向量資料庫）及 API 整合經驗
-具良好跨部門合作與溝通能力，能與技術及產品團隊有效協作

Job Function

• Design, develop, and maintain AI Agent systems with capabilities in autonomous decision-making and task execution
• Implement context management, memory modules (short-term and long-term), and seamless tool/API integrations
• Research and apply advanced reasoning methods, including Chain-of-Thought and multi-step planning techniques
• Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, Claude, LLaMA, and Gemini with agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, LlamaIndex)
• Apply local model optimization techniques, including fine-tuning, quantization, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines
• Optimize inference performance, scalability, and cost efficiency for enterprise-scale deployments
• Collaborate with product managers, system architects, and UX designers to translate technical capabilities into user-facing product features
• Write and maintain technical documentation, architectural specifications, and best practice guidelines

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development, with exposure to LLMs and agent-based frameworks
• Proficiency in Python; familiarity with TypeScript/JavaScript is a plus
• Experience with agent frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or LlamaIndex
• Familiarity with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Meta) and open-source models (LLaMA, Mistral, Falcon, Yi, Qwen, etc.)
• Strong understanding of Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and reasoning techniques (CoT/ToT)
• Experience with database technologies (SQL, NoSQL, vector databases) and API integration
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and product teams

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)

• Experience with MLOps/DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines)
• Knowledge of distributed systems and scalable AI architectures
• Contributions to open-source AI projects (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, Hugging Face)
