(Senior) AI Applications Analyst

About the role

To support the AI Applications Manager in running and scaling the company's AI applications, providing on-site support in the Hong Kong office for production support, testing and release coordination, and driving adoption of AI tools across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Support AI applications in production, primarily the GenAI chatbot. Act as first point of contact for users and operations teams, triage issues, and track defects with development teams through to resolution.

• Coordinate testing and releases. Prepare test cases, run and coordinate UAT, execute deployments within the change window under change control, and verify results after release.

• Drive Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption. Deliver on-site user training and campaigns in the Hong Kong office, answer user queries, and analyse usage survey and adoption data to support licence planning.

• Support AI initiatives across business teams such as customer service, marketing and content. Assist with implementation, testing, knowledge base and data preparation, modify Python scripts for batch testing and data extraction, and report results accurately to stakeholders.

About you

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.

• 3+ years' experience in application support, systems analysis or IT business analysis (5+ years for Senior level).

• Hands-on experience supporting production systems, including configuring vendor or SaaS platforms, change control, UAT and defect tracking. Able to write clear test cases and report results objectively.

• Working knowledge of Python and SQL, enough to read and modify existing scripts.

• Practical exposure to GenAI tools and techniques (e.g. ChatGPT, Copilot, prompt design) is a strong advantage.

• Strong communication skills in English and Cantonese. Comfortable training users.

• For Senior level: experience managing vendor engagement or leading UAT end to end.
