Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior AI Data Scientist / AI Analytics Lead to develop and scale an enterprise-grade Conversational Analytics Platform for a leading healthcare and Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) business.

The role involves building GenAI-powered analytics solutions, developing RAG pipelines, designing semantic layers, and enabling natural language interaction with enterprise data hosted on Snowflake.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deep experience across two or more of GCP, Azure, AWS, OpenAI, or Anthropic Claude.
• Design and develop Generative AI and Conversational Analytics solutions using LLMs.
• Build and optimize RAG pipelines, NLP models, chatbots, and AI-powered assistants.
• Develop semantic layers and business data models for enterprise analytics.
• Work with Snowflake, Python, SQL, vector databases, and embedding technologies.
• Implement prompt engineering, agentic AI workflows, and LLM orchestration.
• Develop and optimize ML models for predictive analytics, forecasting, and anomaly detection.
• Establish LLMOps/MLOps practices, model evaluation, monitoring, and deployment frameworks.
• Collaborate with architects, data engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders.
• Ensure conversational accuracy, scalability, governance, and responsible AI implementation.

Required Technical Skills:

• 8+ years of experience in Data Science, AI/ML, or AI Engineering.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Generative AI and LLM-based applications.
• Strong expertise in Python, SQL, and Snowflake.
• Experience with NLP, Transformers, Embeddings, Vector Search, and RAG.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.
• Knowledge of Semantic Layer, Data Modelling, and Conversational AI.
• Experience with OpenAI/Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Exposure to cloud platforms, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in Healthcare Analytics, Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM), or Pharmacy Claims.
• Knowledge of Azure AI Services, Databricks, dbt, and Power BI/Tableau.
• Experience in Agentic AI, Multi-Agent Frameworks, and enterprise AI product development.
• Understanding of healthcare data governance and compliance.

Ideal Candidate:

A technically strong AI professional with proven experience in taking GenAI solutions from Proof of Concept (POC) to enterprise-scale production deployment, along with strong analytical and stakeholder management capabilities.
