Location: ADB Office, Ortigas, Pasig
Work Setup: Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week
Shift: Day Shift (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Salary: PHP 150,000 per month

We are looking for an experienced Senior AI Delivery Manager to support the implementation and delivery of AI, Big Data, and digital transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design to development, integration, testing, deployment, and operational handover.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in technology project delivery, stakeholder management, project governance, risk management, and enterprise system implementation.

• Translate business and product priorities into implementation plans, milestones, and actionable work packages.

• Coordinate requirements gathering with product managers, business users, technical leads, data owners, and platform teams.

• Manage project schedules, delivery backlogs, dependencies, resources, and milestone forecasts.

• Coordinate technical workstreams involving AI solutions, data engineering, application development, cloud platforms, system integration, security, and infrastructure.

• Monitor development progress and facilitate the resolution of technical and delivery blockers.

• Support system integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), security testing, performance testing, and defect resolution.

• Coordinate release planning, migration, deployment readiness, cutover, and production handover activities.

• Maintain project documentation, requirements traceability, design decisions, test results, release notes, and operational handover materials.

• Track project risks, issues, dependencies, change requests, and mitigation actions.

• Prepare progress reports, executive dashboards, and management updates for governance reviews.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, Data, Digital Transformation, or a related field.

• At least 8 years of experience in portfolio, program, project, or operations management.

• Relevant experience in technology, digital transformation, data, AI initiatives, or enterprise system implementation is highly preferred.

• Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects, stakeholders, delivery schedules, dependencies, risks, and resource planning.

• Experience in project governance, milestone tracking, management reporting, and process improvement.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to coordinate business and technical teams and drive project deliverables through completion.
