Senior AI Deployment Consultant — Lead AI Deployments

Fin is seeking a Senior AI Deployment Consultant to lead large, complex customer deployments of Intercom’s platform, including our Fin agent. You will manage project strategy, timeline, and delivery, partnering with engineers to implement tailored deployment plans and measurable AI-driven outcomes.

You will guide customers through discovery, configuration, data migrations, and security reviews while maintaining strong executive relationships and aligning with customer goals and support models.
