Senior AI Developer

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior AI Developer (GenAI specialization) to design, build, and operate production‑grade Generative AI systems that enable natural‑language interaction over large‑scale enterprise document ecosystems. This is a builder and systems‑engineering role, not a research or analytics position.

You will work from first principles to engineer robust, scalable, and observable GenAI platforms, owning critical components across the lifecycle—from document ingestion and retrieval to LLM orchestration, API serving, and cloud deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build enterprise-grade GenAI applications, copilots, and AI assistants powered by LLMs and RAG architectures.
• Develop scalable retrieval systems, vector search pipelines, and knowledge management solutions to improve AI accuracy and relevance.
• Implement agentic AI workflows, advanced search strategies, and hallucination mitigation techniques for production environments.
• Integrate and optimize LLMs using AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, and related AI services for performance, cost, and scalability.
• Build production-ready APIs and deploy GenAI solutions on AWS with a focus on reliability, monitoring, governance, and AI best practices.
• Contribute to AI engineering standards, reusable frameworks, mentoring, and knowledge sharing across teams.

Requirements

Candidate Profile

• 6+ years of experience with a BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech or equivalent degree.
• Proven expertise in building GenAI/LLM applications, RAG pipelines, and conversational AI solutions.
• Strong knowledge of embeddings, vector databases, semantic search, and retrieval optimization.
• Experience with FastAPI/REST APIs, AWS cloud, and LLM platforms such as AWS Bedrock or Azure OpenAI
• Understanding of AI evaluation, monitoring, performance optimization, and governance.

Preferred Experience

• Exposure to Agentic AI and LLM fine-tuning.
• Experience with AI observability, security, and governance.
