Senior AI Developer (Nightshift, Contract, Hybrid)

Salary: ₱80,000 – ₱90,000 per month
About the role
We are seeking an experienced Agentic AI Engineer / Developer to design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI agents and multi-agent systems capable of reasoning, planning, and autonomous task execution. In this role, you will build advanced AI-driven solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), agent orchestration frameworks, APIs, knowledge repositories, and cloud-based AI platforms to enhance business operations, automate workflows, and drive innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement Agentic AI solutions leveraging LLMs and agent orchestration frameworks.
Build autonomous AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, tool integration, and multi-step task execution.
Develop and manage multi-agent architectures and collaborative AI workflows.
Integrate AI agents with enterprise platforms, APIs, databases, and cloud services.
Implement memory management, contextual reasoning, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and knowledge-grounding capabilities.
Create AI-powered automation solutions that improve business processes and operational efficiency.
Apply Responsible AI principles, governance standards, security requirements, and compliance controls throughout the development lifecycle.
Conduct testing, performance evaluation, monitoring, and continuous optimization of AI solutions in production environments.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify, design, and deliver high-impact AI use cases.
Develop technical documentation, reusable components, frameworks, and best practices for AI agent development.
Required Qualifications
Proven experience developing applications and solutions using Agentic AI concepts and technologies.
Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI/agent orchestration frameworks.
Strong programming skills in languages such as Python or other modern development languages.
Experience integrating applications with APIs, databases, cloud platforms, and enterprise systems.
Solid understanding of AI architecture, prompt engineering, knowledge retrieval, and context management.
Familiarity with Responsible AI, security, governance, and compliance best practices.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience building multi-agent systems and autonomous workflow solutions.
Exposure to cloud AI platforms such as Azure AI Services, AWS AI/ML, or Google Cloud AI.
Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, and knowledge management systems.
Experience deploying and monitoring AI solutions in enterprise production environments.
