(Senior) AI & Digital Transformation Project Manager (Bank)
Salary: $60,000 – $75,000 per month
Role 1: Senior AI & Data Digital Solutions Manager
Overview: Translate operational challenges into scalable, ethical AI and data-driven solutions. This role focuses on solution architecture, business case development, and technical execution to optimize efficiency and customer support across the Bank.
Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:
AI & Data Solution Architecture: Design scalable, secure end-to-end blueprints using modern AI/ML frameworks (NLP, GenAI, RAG, supervised/unsupervised learning) and cloud data platforms (GCP).
Business Translation & ROI: Partner with business sponsors to identify high-value use cases, build business cases, define financial KPIs, and ensure measurable return on investment.
Hands-on Technical Depth: High proficiency in Python, SQL, prompt engineering, statistical modeling, and data engineering methodology.
Data Governance & Compliance: Apply industry-leading data management, data quality, and model risk management practices while staying fully aligned with local regulatory rules.
Innovation & Research: Conduct continuous evaluation and research into emerging fintech trends, AI models, and cloud technologies to drive bank-wide operational excellence.
Role 2: AI & Digital Transformation Project Manager
Overview: Drive end-to-end digital transformation and AI innovation across bank-wide operations, with a primary focus on Wholesale Banking and Regulatory Compliance. This role leads cross-functional delivery to modernize corporate banking workflows, risk management, and regulatory frameworks.
Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:
Mandatory Domain Expertise: Proven experience in Wholesale Banking (corporate loans, trade finance, cash management) and Compliance (AML/KYC, fraud detection, regulatory reporting, HKMA standards).
Project Governance & Delivery: Own the end-to-end lifecycle of transformation projects - managing scope, delivery schedules, risk registers, resource allocation, and budget controls.
Stakeholder Management: Bridge business leads in Corporate Banking/Compliance, IT engineering, and vendor partners to align technical builds with strategic business outcomes.
Technology Implementation: Lead teams through the delivery of enterprise software, workflow automation, and digital platforms while upholding strict risk and cybersecurity protocols.
Change Management: Facilitate operational transformation, process re-engineering, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure smooth adoption by business teams.
