We are looking for someone who goes beyond “automating test cases.” You should be someone who asks: “How can we make the entire QA process faster, smarter, more reliable, and more scalable?”
The successful candidate will combine strong automation and programming skills with a continuous-improvement mindset and an interest in using AI and emerging technologies to transform software quality practices.
This is you
Strong programming experience in at least one OOP language, such as Java, C#, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar.
Solid understanding of OOP concepts, data structures, design patterns, clean code, and software engineering principles.
Hands-on experience with one or more automation frameworks/tools, such as: Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, REST Assured, Robot Framework or equivalent technologies.
Experience with API testing and tools such as Postman, REST clients, or automation frameworks.
Experience with Git and version-control practices.
Experience integrating automated tests with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or similar.
Experience working with databases and writing basic SQL queries.
AI & Innovation Experience
We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience with AI adoption or implementation in QA.
This may include:
AI-assisted test automation development and code generation.
Using AI to improve test maintenance and reduce flaky tests.
Developing AI-powered QA tools, agents, scripts, or workflows.
Evaluating AI tools and measuring their impact on QA processes.
Identifying new opportunities for AI-driven quality engineering.
Using AI / LLMs to analyze requirements, identify test scenarios, generate synthetic test data, enhance test cases and test scripts.
Candidates do not need to be AI/ML specialists. We value practical experience, curiosity, experimentation, and the ability to identify where AI can create measurable improvements in QA.
Nice-to-have skills:
Experience building internal QA tools or automation platforms.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Experience with Docker and containerized test environments.
Knowledge of Kubernetes or distributed systems.
Familiarity with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, RAG, AI agents, or AI-powered developer tools.

Explore, evaluate, and implement AI-driven solutions to enhance QA efficiency and test automation.
Acts as a technical contributor in AQE practices, driving automation improvements and sharing knowledge with colleagues.
