Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy AI and Machine Learning solutions.
• Build Generative AI applications using LLMs and foundation models.
• Develop and optimize RAG pipelines using embeddings, vector databases, semantic search, and hybrid search.
• Create intelligent assistants, conversational AI applications, and AI-powered automation solutions.
• Implement prompt engineering, model evaluation, and performance optimization techniques.
• Integrate AI capabilities into enterprise systems using REST APIs and microservices.
• Develop NLP, Deep Learning, and Machine Learning solutions based on business requirements.
• Deploy AI applications using AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Apply Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and MLOps practices to support reliable deployments.
• Monitor and improve AI application accuracy, latency, scalability, and performance.
• Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, architects, and business stakeholders.
• Research and implement emerging technologies in Generative AI, LLMs, and Agentic AI.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• 5–10 years of relevant experience in AI/ML engineering, Machine Learning, or related software engineering.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models.
• Practical experience developing RAG applications, embeddings, vector search, and semantic search.
• Experience with one or more AI frameworks or technologies, such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
• Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, Milvus, Weaviate, or Azure AI Search.
• Good understanding of NLP, Deep Learning, and Machine Learning fundamentals.
• Experience with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, REST APIs, CI/CD, and MLflow.
• Ability to build scalable, secure, and production-ready AI applications.

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field. A PhD in a relevant discipline is preferred but not mandatory. Experience with Agentic AI, AI agents, or multi-agent systems. Exposure to Conversational AI, Voice AI, speech-to-text (STT), or text-to-speech (TTS). Experience with MLOps, LLMOps, AI governance, or AI security. Experience delivering enterprise or financial-services AI solutions. Contributions to AI research, open-source projects, or relevant technical publications.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a hands-on AI professional who can translate business requirements into practical AI solutions. Candidates should be able to demonstrate real-world project experience in Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, or Machine Learning, preferably involving production deployments or enterprise applications.

Pay: From RO1,200.000 per month
