Senior AI Engineer - Agentic AI/Python, SQL, Generative AI, LLM, RAG

8+ years of professional software engineering experience, including at least 2 years building and maintaining production AI systems.

Experience launching AI features for real users and improving them using production feedback and measurable metrics.

• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and agentic AI architectures.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, event-driven architecture, asynchronous processing, and streaming.
• Experience with vector search, hybrid retrieval, reranking, and retrieval quality evaluation.
• Knowledge of LLM evaluation frameworks, test datasets, regression suites, and model selection.
• Experience implementing AI guardrails, security controls, and auditability.
• Proficiency in cloud deployment, preferably AWS, along with Docker or similar container technologies and CI/CD.
• Strong problem-solving, independent execution, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or another quantitative or technical discipline.
