Senior AI Engineer (Claude Code / OpenSpec / MCP)
📍 Location: Remote (within Poland)

We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to help shape the future of AI-assisted software development. You'll build production-ready solutions using Claude Code, specification-driven engineering practices, and modern AI tooling. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys delivering software, improving engineering workflows, and helping teams adopt AI-first development approaches.
Required Qualifications
- Strong background in software engineering.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted software development.
- Daily commercial experience using Claude Code.
- Experience working in spec-first / specification-driven development environments.
- Strong understanding of testing, debugging, code reviews, and software quality controls.
- Ability to verify and challenge AI-generated output.
- Experience mentoring or upskilling engineering teams.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
Highly Valued Experience
- OpenSpec, GitHub Spec Kit, or similar specification tooling.
- MCP (Model Context Protocol) integrations and AI tooling configuration.
- Agent-based development workflows and AI automation.
- Driving the adoption of new engineering practices across teams.
