- 5+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong expertise in Python and Java 25
- Advanced knowledge of Generative AI and Prompt Engineering
- Hands-on experience with: LangChain4j
- PydanticAI
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Agentic AI / Multi-Agent Systems
- Model Context Protocol (MCP)
- Agent-to-Agent (A2A)
- AWS Cloud
- Experience with REST APIs, microservices, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Anthropic Claude Certification
- Experience with enterprise AI solutions and cloud architectures
