Senior AI Engineer - Applied Data
At Mindera, we believe that software is built by people, for people with high performance systems that impact users worldwide. We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer - Applied Data to join an agile, collaborative team where your voice matters as much as your code.
You make the accelerators produce output that is correct, secure, and adopted on the stacks our clients actually run. You will be instrumental in building complex enterprise agentic AI solutions, encoding what "good" looks like for secure tool execution, deterministic policy enforcement, and seamless integration with existing enterprise systems. You build the platform adapters, orchestrate the agents, and make the accelerators fit how delivery teams really work.
We value empathy, self-organization, and the courage to take risks. If you love solving complex problems and believe that teaching others is the best way to learn, you’ll feel right at home here.
National and international expected traveling time varies according to project/client and organizational needs: 0%-15% estimated.
💪 What will you own
- Enterprise Agentic Architecture: The design and deployment of complex agentic AI solutions
- Secure Integration & MCP: Model Context Protocol (MCP) server implementation and integration, ensuring seamless and secure connections between foundation models, enterprise data, and internal tools.
- Enterprise Security & Governance: Fine-grained Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), identity propagation, and deterministic policy enforcement across multiple systems to guarantee secure tool execution.
- Evaluation & Verification: The domain side of the evaluation layer—encoding correctness rules, safety guardrails, and platform idioms so generated output and agent actions can be implicitly trusted.
- The Path to Delivery: The fit into real delivery, including reviewable diffs, IaC, CI/CD for AI systems, integration with partner workflows, and driving adoption.
Requirements
🌿 We're Looking for Someone Who...
- Has Senior-Level Impact: You bring a minimum of 7 years of experience relevant for this role
- Values Collaboration: You have professional fluency in English , are an excellent collaborator between developers and leadership, and have the ability to guide others.
- Embraces Engineering Best Practices: You have a solid understanding of engineering and architectural principles , and you are comfortable collaborating on CI/CD workflows and using version control (Git)
🛠 Your Technical Toolkit:
- Deep GenAI Engineering: You are a full builder of agentic systems. You have extensive, hands-on experience with agent orchestration frameworks, Model Context Protocol (MCP), complex function calling, structured outputs, and evaluation systems.
- Cloud & AI Services: Real depth in Cloud architectures (ideally AWS) to build on Amazon Bedrock, AgentCore, and surround AWS infrastructure.
- Enterprise Security Fluency: Strong practical understanding of identity propagation, fine-grained RBAC, IAM, and deterministic policy enforcement within distributed/agentic systems.
- Strong Production Software Engineering: Python, testing, CI/CD, REST, Docker. You build reusable, secure products, not one-off scripts. Code-as-data fluency (codegen, templating, parsing generated code).
- Data Foundation: Strong SQL and data modeling skills to ensure our AI agents interact with enterprise data stores efficiently and accurately.
