BES is building the future of construction digitalization. We are moving from manual, rule-based systems to AI-driven systems to enhance productivity, revenue, efficiency, and competitiveness.

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Engineer who can build cutting-edge solutions that drive real business impact, by integrating AI workflows across critical business areas.

You will collaborate closely with Enterprise & Product Architect and lead team to translate requirements into robust AI-driven systems, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, and production-ready. This role requires a strong balance of applied AI development, full stack (frontend/backend) software engineer, R&D curiosity, and operational ownership.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Build scalable AI systems that integrate and expand existing BES solutions.
• Build end-to-end workflows using AI, software and automation solutions.
• Design AI systems using deep learning, reinforcement learning, or rule-based logic.
• Develop and maintain integration of AI solutions with enterprise systems via APIs, MCP, and related frameworks.
• Develop APIs and microservices to serve models.
• Test and validate AI performance across use cases.
• Implement pipelines for feature engineering and model retraining.
• Support infrastructure for experimentation and model monitoring.
• Ensure models are secure, fair, and explainable.
• Manage model deployment in cloud environments.
• Document system behavior, inputs, and outputs.
• Collaborate with Business, Product, and R&D teams to embed AI into workflows and drive adoption.
• Collaborate with architects to understand requirements and define solution approaches, collaborate with data scientists to transition models from research to production, while partner with software engineers for system integration.
• Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle from ideation to deployment of AI-powered solutions across various domains.
• Lead experimentation and improve model performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data, AI/ML, or related field.
• 3-5 years of proven experience in developing complex models and algorithms, deploying software and AI solutions, with exposure to agentic AI frameworks.
• Deep knowledge of AI, machine learning, natural language processing and associated technologies.
• Strong programming skills in Java, Python, SQL, etc.
• Familiarity with MLOps, deployment pipelines, and APIs.
• Expertise in building AI applications using large language models such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, LLaMA.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, vLLM,LMDeploy, or similar AI frameworks.
• Experience with API development and integration (RESTful,gRPC, MCP).
• Experience in building secure, enterprise-grade integrations.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (Alibaba Cloud, Azure, AWS, GCP,etc).
• Passion for applied R&D, staying ahead of AI advancements, and bringing innovative ideas into production.
• Strong problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence non-technical stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, independent contributor capable of driving initiatives with minimal guidance.
