Senior AI Engineer

We are seeking an Experienced AI Engineer with strong consulting and delivery capabilities. Responsible for the technical design, implementation, and scaling of AI-driven automation use cases across the entire development lifecycle.

• Work model: hybrid – max. 2 days per week in the office/ 3 remote
• Budget: 140 - 160 PLN net/ h - b2b
• Only candidates with citizenship in the European Union and residence in Poland
• Start date: ASAP

Project scope:

• Lead the technical implementation of AI and GenAI use cases.
• Design and develop production-ready AI solutions.
• Ensure compliance with architecture, quality, and operational standards.
• Coach and provide technical leadership to AI Engineers.
• Serve as the technical point of contact for clients, Product Owners, and project management teams.

Competence demands:

• Several years of experience in the development and operationalization of AI and GenAI solutions.
• Strong expertise in LLMs, Agentic AI, and AI platforms.
• Hands-on experience designing, implementing, and deploying AI workflows using n8n and/or Otera.
• Experience with API integration, data connectivity, and automation solutions.
• Experience working in cloud environments (e.g., Google Cloud, Azure, or AWS).
• Experience in designing solution architectures to support use case planning and implementation.
• Experience using AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude Code) in software development.
• Knowledge of AI governance, security, and MLOps/LLMOps practices.
• Very good English skills
