What You'll Do - Design and implement advanced AI models using Azure OpenAI and OpenAI frameworks to enhance product capabilities. - Develop and optimize natural language processing (NLP) systems utilizing Hugging Face libraries for various applications. - Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques to improve the relevance and accuracy of AI-generated content. - Conduct vector search and create high-performing embeddings to facilitate sophisticated data retrieval and analytics. - Utilize LangChain and LangGraph for orchestrating complex workflows that integrate various AI components effectively. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess requirements, prototype solutions, and deliver robust APIs for AI applications. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement in AI strategies. What We're Looking For - Strong proficiency in Python for developing scalable AI models and applications. - Deep experience with Azure OpenAI, OpenAI frameworks, Hugging Face, RAG methodologies, and vector search techniques. - Familiarity with LangChain and LangGraph for implementing intelligent workflows. - Proven track record of applying embeddings in real-world scenarios to enhance performance metrics. - Solid understanding of machine learning principles and best practices in an engineering context. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to problem-solve effectively in complex situations.
