Workday is seeking an AI Engineer to help develop tailored experiences using large language models, agentic development, and RAG. You will collaborate with engineers to deploy AI solutions across Workday's product ecosystem and leverage data engineering stacks for training, deployment, and lifecycle management of AI pipelines.
You will contribute to scalable, secure, and quality product features with a strong ownership mindset and teamwork. A hybrid/flexible work model is supported in Ireland.
