Senior AI Engineer - Growth
Summary
Build AI agent workflows for growth automation, integrating media, messaging, and analytics systems to optimize campaigns and content generation.
You will build and ship agent orchestration workflows, automated growth workflows, system integrations, shared agent infrastructure, monitoring and audit logging, and creative and content generation pipelines. You will move workflows from specification to production, ensure integrations handle errors reliably, and document workflows so domain specialists can maintain and improve them.
Responsibilities
- Build agent orchestration workflows across paid media, lifecycle messaging, organic content, conversion optimization, incentives, and other growth use cases
- Integrate AI reasoning, growth execution platforms, data infrastructure, experimentation systems, and analytics tools
- Develop reusable workflow patterns, prompt libraries, and integration clients
- Implement monitoring and audit logging for agent actions
- Build creative and content generation pipelines
- Move workflows from specifications to production
- Maintain reliable system integrations and document workflows
Requirements
- 3+ years building automation workflows, integrations, or agentic systems
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, authentication patterns, and error handling at scale
- Experience with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, structured outputs, tool use, and agent chaining
- Ability to work accurately from specifications
- Understanding of growth or marketing contexts
